Aquila Cafe is a family run food business that first opened its doors in 1983. Launched by an Italian family who operated the cafe for 30 years before retiring in 2013. Since 2013 Aquila has been under our management and while our menu is still Italian Inspired, we have fused together British & Turkish Flavours too so we can ensure we have something for everyone.

Aquila Cafe serves simple, natural food – including Vegan options – accompanied by speciality coffee. Most coffee shops in London don’t do much food and most restaurants don’t worry too much about good coffee. Aquila Cafe is a hybrid combining a strong coffee culture and a robust food culture under one roof in a welcoming, cozy and comfortable city cafe.

Our Coffee – We serve a range of coffees made from the finest coffee beans, roasted right here in London and delivered weekly, and our baristas really know their beans. With their superior technical knowledge and a passion for making amazing coffee, rest assured they will make you the perfect cup.

Our Food – Our food is all natural, simple food made with local ingredients, wherever possible, to provide you with fresher, healthier and deliciously tasty meals. We have a well stocked cake & pastry cabinet, our food has an international flavor and we offer vegetarian and vegan options too.

Our Cakes & Pastries – Our pastries are baked in-house every morning to ensure they are warm & crispy and if accompanied by one of our coffees, it makes a perfectly light breakfast to start off your day.

Our cakes are home-made from start to finish ensuring they are always fresh and always rotating so you never get bored.

Our Event Catering – At Aquila, we are known for our delicious platters that are the perfect choice for corporate events & meetings. We offer a range of options from breakfast rolls to fruit platters and even offer cake platters.
